About us

Postcom was established as an independent postal management consultancy in 2012.

We can provide an online postage procurement tool only or in addition provide a fully managed postal service from data sortation to mail delivery.

We work with a number of postal providers, including Whistl (formerly TNT Post) UK Mail, Citipost and Royal Mail Wholesale to ensure the best combination of price and service, every time.

Our management team

Tim Norman – Managing Director
Tim has been involved in the direct mail industry and postal market for over 20 years. Whilst at Mail Marketing he established a software solution for overlaying data files with logistical distribution routes to match alternative opportunities for mailing campaigns. Tim was Founding and Commercial Director for ONEPOST at the time the postal market liberalised, and supported the rapid growth phase of the company. Tim established Postcom in 2012.

Tom French - Sales Director
Over the last 17 years Tom has worked in various sales roles within the Direct Marketing Industry as well as holding both The IDM Certificatein Direct Marketing and The Royal Mail Certificate in Direct Marketing. Roles have ranged from selling printing and fulfilment services as well as working on the agency side for clients clients including Oxfam, BBC, Renault, HFC Bank and Santander.

Steve Hannam - Sales Director
Steve has over 30 years of experience in the print and direct mail industry, working in the financial, publishing and charity sectors. He has been closely associated with Postcom since it’s inception.
